We currently have two (2) openings for our Project Engineer position to work in our corporate office located in downtown Fayetteville, N.C. The Project Engineer position will work closely with our Project Managers and be responsible for maintaining control of project documentation, project estimating, purchasing, schedule management, project accounting.

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Security Clearance: Capable of obtaining a DoD Security Clearance 


  • Assist in the development and updating of the planning, scheduling, estimating purchasing and labor performance reports for the project(s).
  • Maintains control of change orders and the tracking and reporting of work orders.
  • Assists with material procurement, and vendor management
  • Works under the direction of Project Manager(s), as assigned by the Sr. Leadership
  • Supports other department personnel as necessary and other responsibilities not outlined herein.


  • Bachelor’s degree or, an associate degree and 2 or more years of related industry or Project Controls experience, or 5 years of related industry experience may be a substitute for degree requirements.
  • Previous work experience in federal construction is a plus.
  • Good communications skills
  • Must have demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, detail oriented, ability to interface effectively with the owner and/or client
  • Must be a “Team” oriented
  • Must be able to qualify for a Government security clearance.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time with OCONUS travel included.
