We currently have two (2) openings for a handyman to take up manual labor tasks and support operations in the warehouse. Our corporate office is located in downtown Fayetteville, N.C. The ideal candidate will have the stamina and ability to lift heavy loads, solve construction or building related challenges, a commitment to safety rules and a positive attitude. Location: Fayetteville, NC
Security Clearance: Not required
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and preparing construction project site
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Construction of buildings and tearing down buildings
- Operating hand tools and tending machinery/heavy equipment
- Finishing walls with paint and mastic
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
- Assisting skilled trades people in their duties
Desired Professional Qualifications:
- HS diploma
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Commitment to safety rules
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads etc.)
- Willing to proactively engage with others to understand project team needs
