SSU is actively seeking an Engineering, Integration and Installation Testing Lead to join our team in Camp Humphries, South Korea. The Engineering, Integration and Installation Testing Lead will provide network and system engineering, integration, installation, and testing support for USFK J6. This position is contingent upon award.***
Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea
Security Clearance: Secret
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop engineering solutions for Coalition Secret networks, Joint Information Environment (JIE), Mission Partner Environment (MPE), Multi-Domain Resilient Air Ground Operations Networking (M-DRAGON), and other major command programs
• Provision general engineering support including designing, developing, and prototyping products for use within CFC/USFK C2 networks and systems
• Provide cybersecurity security architecture engineering oversight and support on all products solutions used within CFC/USFK C2 networks and systems
• Oversee, and collaborate with other entities to provide, architecture and engineering integration of IT capabilities during system transition
• Perform installation, configuration, and issue resolution on C2 network hardware, software, and firmware
• Develop, execute, and report written results of functional and security test plans for hardware and software
• Attend technical interchange meetings and formulate technical solutions based on Requirements Change Requests (RCRs) defining interoperability requirements.
Qualifications:
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• Current IAT III baseline certification and associated Computing Environment certification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience designing coalition networks and enterprise networks and systems.
• Defense Language Institute (DLI) Qualification Level of 2/2/2 for Comprehension, Reading, and Speaking in Korean
• Familiarity with C2, JIE, MPE, and M-DRAGON networks
• Experience developing, integrating, installing, configuring, and conducting issue resolution on DoD hardware, software, and/or firmware
• Experience designing and conducting tests for use on DoD hardware and software
